Camp Joy, located in Berea, West Virginia, provides on a nonprofit basis a Christian camping program and facility for members of the Seventh Day Baptist Churches of the Appalachian Association. The facility is also available to other family, church, or community groups when it is not in use by Seventh Day Baptists.
The summer camping season is one of the highlights of the year to many children and youth. The camps scheduled for 2016 are as follows:
- June 26th –July 3rd Middler Camp for those who have completed 5th – 7th grade, Director: Laura Lee Modesitt
- July 6th – 10th Junior Camp for those who have completed 2nd – 4th grade, Directors: John and Julie Richmond
- July 10th – 17th Senior Camp for those who have completed 8th – 12th grade, Director: Bryan Baker
